Although at first this phrase from Griffith may seem obvious to many, a while ago I asked the following question on Instagram:

It turns out that you need to do this work to raise your final grade from a 4/10 to a 5/10 and thus not fail the subject, while your best friend wants to do this work to get a 10 in this subject.

Would it make you feel bad if even though your friend knows this, he does the voluntary work and lets you fail the subject?

And unexpectedly, 50% of the voters responded yes, that it would seem bad to them and they would get angry with their friend, always under the excuse that they would have left aside their 10 to save their partner's subject.
