Top 10 Most Powerful Characters in Tokyo Ghoul:
10 – Tatara:
The first executive of the Aogiri Tree.
It is at the level of the Ghoul SSS, and is capable of fighting Special Class Investigators in his human form. It is assumed that transformed he could face a dozen Special Classes at the same time.
His kagune covers his entire body, generates flames and reaches a temperature of up to 4000ºC.
